Celebrating India Day in Saskatoon as an Indo-Canadian is a moment of immense pride and happiness. ICCA invites you to participate in this celebration and showcase the solidarity and camaraderie in the Indo-Canadian community of Saskatoon.
The event is set to start at 1:30 PM, with an anticipated duration of about one hour. We invite you to help spread the news and bring your family and friends along. The India Canada Cultural Association (ICCA) is a nonprofit organization with a rich history spanning over 50 years. One of its founding principles was to cultivate and enhance the cultural and social lives of both its members and the larger community. ICCA has consistently upheld this mission and has evolved into an official platform for the Indian Diaspora in Canada.
Over the years, ICCA has garnered a dedicated membership base and now extends an invitation for individuals to become part of this vibrant community. By joining ICCA, you can connect with the Indian community in Saskatoon and beyond. Membership offers access to a diverse range of annual events, such as FolkFest, Consular visits, cricket tournaments (SSL), coaching camps, badminton games, radio programs, and celebrations of India Day, Gandhi Jayanti, India Night, and other Indian festivals. As an added perk, members enjoy exclusive pricing for many of these events.
Furthermore, ICCA members can take advantage of discounts at participating local businesses. The organization actively encourages increased community involvement and volunteerism through a well-planned calendar of events. ICCA serves as a platform for showcasing talents in music, dance, sports, event management, and social interactions, providing members with an opportunity to explore the rich cultural diversity it offers.
We look forward to your cooperation in partnering with ICCA and helping the Indo-Canadian community grow.
